Glenn Beck's Divine Destiny to Be Held August 27

The night before the Restore Honor Rally, Glenn Beck has rented out part of the Kennedy Center and has invited religious leaders from around the country to speak about Divine Destiny.  This event, like the honor rally, is free and open to the public.

You will need tickets in order to get into the Kennedy Center.  The Kennedy Center only gives out free tickets on the day of the event on a first come first served basis.

A Mercury Radio Arts Presentation

Join Glenn Beck for an inspiring look at the role faith played in the founding of America and the role it will play again in its future destiny. For further information, please visit www.glennbeck.com.

Performance Timing: Part One - 60 min.; Intermission - 15 min.; Part Two - 45 min.

This is a FREE event and reserved-seating tickets are required.

Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, on Friday, Aug. 27, beginning at 10 a.m. in the Kennedy Center Hall of Nations. Limit: two tickets per person in line, no exceptions. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend the performance.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO free parking for patrons when attending or picking up tickets to free events

If you are planning on being in DC for the weekend and want to attend this event I would strongly suggest getting to The Kennedy Center very early.  There is no free parking around the Kennedy Center, and it isn't really an easy place to walk to because of it's location near the river.  You can take a bus or plan on walking a distance for free parking.  The Parking at The Kennedy Center is hourly and somewhat limited.  Also, if you are looking for hotel space, you may want to go into Northern Virginia  or Southern Maryland as most of DC is now sold out.  Hotel Space in places like Manassas, Virginia will be less expensive and if you have a car, it won't be too bad to get into the district from there, just prepare for heavy traffic.  You can also take in a little history, a civil war battlefield, Bull Run, is located there.

Are we talking 2am, 5am?.....hmmmm-

I'm new to your site, so I don't know;
