The banner above the picture says Restoring Honor, but it was too dark to get a good picture.
The one thing that I noticed was that there was not nearly enough porta-potties. One of the policeman I spoke to told me that they should be adding more. I certainly hope so, otherwise we need to not drink anything. The weather is going to be perfect. It is supposed to be in the mid 80's with very low humidity, which is unusual for this time of the year. The policeman also told me they are expecting 500,000 people. He also told me that both Constitution and Independence will be closed, through 18th Street. If you are planning on driving in (probably not the best of ideas), but you can park behind the State Department past E street. That won't be too bad of a walk. The metro doesn't open until 7 AM and only three trains per hour on the weekends. The closest stop will be Smithosian (Orange Line), or getting off at the White House (I think that is Vermont) won't be too far of a walk either.
The area seems to have be a great deal of security, so everyone should be perfectly safe.
I hope to see you there!!

Wish I was going. :( Take lots of pictures! :)
Don't worry, Jake, I will take plenty of photos. Check back Saturday night for the round up.
I have been very sick this week, but I am hoping that one more day in bed today will do the trick.
