In the magazine article, Mr. Obama reflects on his presidency, admitting that he let himself look too much like “the same old tax-and-spend Democrat,” realized too late that “there’s no such thing as shovel-ready projects” and perhaps should have “let the Republicans insist on the tax cuts” in the stimulus.
So, let me get this straight, he doesn't think that he is a tax and spend democrat, just that he looks like one? We spent almost a billion dollars of borrowed money and now he says there is no such thing as shovel ready projects and it needed more tax cuts. Well, thanks for that Mr. President. A little late now.
