You Deserve Money Why?

This young woman wants to sue the mall for releasing this video.  Why I agree that the mall security people shouldn't have released this, but it certainly doesn't rise to the level of a lawsuit.  You can't see who she is, so how exactly was she damaged?  No one would have known who she was had she not gone public.  Also, do you really have an expectation of privacy when walking through a mall?  Everyone is out to make a buck on something that they themselves are responsible for.  We wonder why our legal system is so backlogged. 

She should have been paying attention to where she was going.  It is no one else's fault but her own.  Buck up girl, and BTW it is funny.
