The President made a commencement speech at a high school in Kalamazoo Michigan. They have a program that guarantees all students a college education upon graduation. The program is very innovative one that has helped the area increase tax revenue by adding jobs and increasing population. The program has been wildly successful. The President went to tout the advantages of the program and to wish all the upcoming college freshman well. You will see one student didn't find his speech all that engaging.
