Winter Olympics Moment - Lindsey Vonn & Julia Mancuso

The best downhill female skier in the world has finally gotten her olympic gold.  Her past showings at the olympics have been a disappointment for her.  That came to an end today.  Her teammate Julia Mancuso came away with the silver medal.  This is the first time in olympic history that US woman has won the gold medal.

Congrats Lindsey and Julia

She ran a great race, and overcame some nagging injuries in the process. Great job!

Hey girl, Julia Mancuso won Olympic gold in 2006. She won the Grand Slalom in Torino 2006, it was during a sort of a blizzard.
Looks like you didn't do your homework, because not only Mancuso had gold before Vonn, but also, Picabo Street won Gold in Nagano'98.

Don't forget to update the article.
