The courts are going to strike down ObamaCare. Since the law is not severable, any defeat to any portion of the 2000 page bill, eliminates it.
The GOP needs to be ready to push through a sensible healthcare bill that deals with tort reform, portability, opening all markets to all insurance carriers, etc.
