Big Brother is Watching - Pennsylvania Tax Ad

Pennsylvania, like most other states, is hurting for money.  One way to raise cash is to get people to pay their back taxes.  I don't think most people will have a problem with them collecting the taxes that are owed to them, but this is just a little too creepy.  Atlas is Shrugging.
