I don't know what type of senator he would make, but he has a sense of humor. He also is hitting on a very serious point, we are spending all of our kids money.

Nobody in the barack hussein obama regime or it's associated toadies, of which Sen. Leahy is one, feel that any amount of money spent is too large (so long as they get their kick back - the Chicago way). The elite feel as if their children will be well cared for at the expense of the rest of us.
