The former Vice President Cheney gave the keynote at The Reagan Ranch last night. I found the most interesting part to really be the Q&A at the end. I can't find a stand alone video of his speech, so here is a link to the CSPAN video. Cheney doesn't start until about minute 27, so it isn't as long as it seems on first glance.
