Quote of the Day - Rev. Dr. Luis Leon Edition

"Many unfairly expected a messiah that could cure the U.S. of all its problems, and now we see it's not that easy.  This is not a political diatribe by the way.  It is simply stating the obvious."

A tidbit of the sermon heard by the Obama's today.  Yes, they actually attended church this fine Sunday morning.  


Gee, I wonder where people ever got the idea that Obama was a Messiah?  

 ....then I am absolutely certain that generations from now, we will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when began to provide care for the sick and good job to the jobless; this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal;

Oh, I am still waiting on that job, and so are millions of others come to think of it.
