You may remember her, she sued Citibank because she was too hot to work there.  

The Latest Herman Cain Sexual Harassment Allegations

Today Sharon Bialek became the first woman to go on the record and formally accuse Herman Cain of being sexually inappropriate with her.  She story is very detailed.  Something that we didn't have in the past.  The Cain campaign has denied the charges as false and baseless.

Here are the issues with her story as I see it.

1. What is describing is assault, not harassment.  She says that since she didn't work for the National Restaurant Association she felt that had no claim.  That is simply untrue.  If her story is accurate, Cain asked for sex in order in return for a job.  That is exactly what quid pro quo sexual harassment is.  She would have been perfectly within her legal rights to file a claim of sexual harassment against Cain with the NRA.
2. She never reported this to the police.  Again, this was attempted rape at worst or assault at best, if her story is true.  Both of which are criminal offenses.
3. After Mr. Cain stopped after her refusal she wants people to believe that she got into a car with him.  Really?  That makes no sense whatsoever.  None.  As a women I can't imagine getting into a car alone with a man who just tried to my force my head into his crotch area so he could receive oral sex.  EVER.
4. She hired Gloria Allred, known publicity whore and tool for the left.  Just ask Meg Whitman.

The NRA has released a statement confirming her employment that falls within the time frame of her story.  One of the attorney's for one of the original accusers during his time at NRA has also made a statement saying that the accusations of Ms. Bialek are "similar" to that of what happened to his client.  Easy to say, since we have no idea what the accusations of the first two women are.  The Politico story originally said that one was a gesture that was not really of a sexual nature.  Whatever the heck that means.

I hope Ms. Bialek is ready for the firestorm that is going to come her way.  She will have people digging into her past.  Some will be doing it to prove her right, others will be doing it to prove her wrong.

If these charges are true, Herman Cain cannot be president. Character matters.  If these charges are not true shame on the people who have made them so public.  Because once this is all over with, where will Mr. Cain go to get his reputation back again?  People will now always know him as a sexual harasser, regardless of the truth.

Not missing an opportunity to get her name in the papers, Gloria Allred will be holding a press conference this afternoon with another woman who claims she was sexually harassed by Herman Cain.  RadarOnline is reporting that this news conference will be held this afternoon in New York City.  


Allred, the women who has made a very good living representing such women as the porn star who was having an affair with Tiger Woods, who Allred contended deserved an apology.  Let's see the woman slept with a man she knew to be married, and was paid to have sex on camera.  Yeah, she sounded like a victim to me.  She was a paid whore and then got upset that was exactly how she treated.  


There are no available details on this woman that I could find.  So, we don't know how or where she knows Mr. Cain from.  But it would seem to me that if you wanted creditability, the last person you would go to would be publicity whore Gloria Allred.  Although, she successfully helped derail Meg Whitman's candidacy for governor of California with Nikki the lying maid.  Who admitted to committing fraud and still miraculously manages to stay in the country illegally.

Gloria Allred - The Groping Felt Good

I have not weighed in much on this topic, but this may be a good time.  The reality is that these scanners will not find many of the explosives that these intrusive needs are supposedly trying to find.  We keep hearing from the left that we can't do profiling.  OK, we already do profiling in this country.  Every police department around the country uses this method in order to catch criminals.  How many times have you heard some prosecutor or the police say that someone was acting in an unusual way?  The police have a set of guidelines that they use when interviewing a person whose family member was just killed.  That is profiling. 

We are seeing videos of small children being touched in ways that should make every parent uncomfortable.  Parents teach their children from pretty young ages about good touches and bad touches.  Having a complete stranger touching their private areas constitutes the bad touch that moms and dads have warned them about. 

While I realize that we are a much larger country with a much larger population we really need to start listening to the Israeli's when it comes to airport security.  If you are going to fly on El Al out of Israel, you need to be at the airport very early.  The population accepts that as part of the necessary security to keep the airplanes safe.  They do much of the work long before the people even arrive at the airport.  This is the type of security that we need to employ in this country.  Shock of Shockers, we are unwilling to really do what it takes to be safe.  Our federal government loves window dressing. 

The reality is that we keep treating terrorists like they are stupid.  They are not.  They listen to the news and are aware of what we are doing.  The last attempted attacks on our airplanes have all come from outside of the United States.  How is groping granny going to stop that? 

I have also heard some families of the 9/11 victims say they wish that this level of security had existed before that fateful morning.  With all due respect, the hijackers used weapons that were legal to bring on planes at the time.  So even had they gone through a more advanced search it wouldn't have mattered.  We have constitutional protections to unwarranted search and seizure in this country.  Does buying a plane ticket give the government cause to have some stranger put his hands on my breasts and inside my waistbands?  Unlike Gloria Allred, I don't think it feels good.

Allred Releases Complaint Against Meg Whitman - Something Doesn't Pass the Smell Test

First, I will at least Gloria Allred this; she didn't put down the home address of the lying felon of a maid.







But if you look closely at this, Nicki, the lying maid says that she requested her last pay one month before she was fired. Hmm.


She also has said in this complaint that she has no record of her hours. If she didn't keep records, how would she know how much she is owed? Hmm.


This is a woman who presented a false drivers license and social security card and once she finds out that Whitman is running for governor she goes to her and asks for help to get legal status in the country and instead gets fired. What kind of creditability does this woman really have? This is politically motivated and anyone who doesn't see that just doesn't want to.

Diaz Santillan's attorney, Gloria Allred, said that Whitman did not send a gift when her maid's baby was born, never called or sent a card, and never called to find out how she was doing during the eight months she was at home with the baby.

Oh, poor woman. She didn't get a baby present. What an evil witch Meg Whitman is. Silly me, I was under the impression that employers were not required to give you gifts. The last employer I had that did give me gifts, I had to pay taxes on them. I wished they had kept them. On top of the fact that the Meg Whitman was under no legal obligation to give her job back after an eight month leave. The law only requires that a similar job be held for 90 days, and it is unlikely that the Whitman's would not have been required to even do that, as you need to have a certain number of employees to fall under that law; I believe it is fifty employees.


This rings too much like class warfare. Nicki the lying maid was paid $23 per hour; a very good wage for a part time job. But of course, the Whitman’s have boatloads of money, so they must be evil. The continued meme of the left, anyone who has money is bad. Let’s forget the fact that the Obama’s are rich, one of Obama’s bff, Valerie Jarrett is also quite well off. Let’s not talk about how she has made some of that money by being a slum lord. We’ll just look the other way on that, as they are progressives, and it’s all ok then. After all, she is not an evil republican.

"It is not fair that we work hard and then get thrown away like garbage with no thought about what will happen to us," Diaz Santillan said.

The problem is that Nicki the lying maid would still have a job had SHE not told Meg Whitman that she was in the country illegally. She cannot now say that she thrown away like garbage. She basically thought to herself, that she could blackmail the Whitman family into helping her getting a green card.  Since it didn't work, she has decided to throw Whitman under the bus. 

Nicki the lying maid never spoke to the Whitman's about her pay, never complained about the hours she was working, and in her application form that she filled out she said was willing to do driving and run errands.  Yet, she expects everyone to believe her story four weeks before election day.  Well, good luck with that Nicki the lying maid.  I ain't buying what your are peddling.

This woman is an embarrassment.  She needs to be reported to the state bar association.  She has publicly outed her client as a forger.  She signed something under penalty of perjury.  Meg Whitman fired the woman and nothing else.  She could have gone on with her life without any problems.  Now, she may end up in jail.  I certainly hope the people who put this woman out to the public are going to take care of her family if she ends up in jail. 

Allred V. Kelly - Allred Can't Seem to Keep her Mouth Shut

There doesn't seem to be any proof that Jerry Brown or his campaign had anything to do with this, but for her to wait 14 months to come forward when the election is less than a month away, is just to hard to believe that this poor woman did this on her own.  Someone tracked her down and somehow got her to agree to this.

Gloria Allred is delusional.  Here is some info from immigration attorney's:


"There is no additional legal obligation for an employer to follow up or respond to SSA with new information," said Gening Liao, a labor and employment attorney at the National Immigration Law Center in Los Angeles, which defends immigrants.



Liao added that it is "very important that the employer does not take adverse action against the employee" merely based on a letter from Social Security.



Nor was Diaz under any obligation to pursue the matter, Liao said. Correcting a mismatch is "primarily for the benefit of the employee," she said, to make sure they can collect all the benefits due them for their work.


Once the election is over is Allred and Co. going to care about what happens to this woman?  She could not only be deported, she could end up in jail as she is admitting to a felony.

October Surprise a Few Days Early - Whitman Being Hit with Charges of Hiring Illegals

Gloria Allred, publicity whore and attorney has lodged charges against Meg Whitman; republican candidate for governor of California.  The charges are that Whitman knowingly employed an illegal alien and that this woman was mistreated and underpaid:

Allred said that during Diaz's years of employment, Whitman caused her "to feel exploited, disrespected, humiliated and emotionally and financially abused."

Yet, Nicki Diaz worked for the Whitman's for 9 years.  If she felt all these things why did she continue to work for her?  On her employment application she gave plenty of other references, so she didn't seem to have a problem finding work.  She also was being paid $23 per hour.  Hardly a sum that I would say is putting her in a position to feel financially abused. 

The problem is that Whitman has copies of her employment application that contains not only a valid drivers license it also has a copy of a social security card with the maid's name on it.  A social security number that is obviously falsified.  Ms. Diaz received the job through an employment agency as well.  One would logically think that the employment agency would be responsible in part for checking for the legal status of the people it sends out for employment. 

Allred is known as a democratic supporter and is on record for giving money to Jerry Brown, the democratic candidate for governor.  Allred is nothing more than cheap opportunist that has a bizarre view of the world.  She is the attorney for two of Tiger's mistresses, one of which is now trying to sell a sex tape of the two of them. 

I truly feel sorry for Ms. Diaz in the respect that it seems very odd indeed that she comes out with these accuastions less than six weeks before the election.  Her employment was terminated more than 14 months ago, in June of 09.  She is being used by someone who is afraid that Brown will lose the campaign.  I also feel sorry for her that doesn't realize that she has admitted to a felony by coming forward; she falsified a social security number.  She has put herself into a position that she can be jailed and/or deported.  Of course, this is California we are talking about, so it is unlikely anything will come of it.  As I am sure that Allred explained to her.  So much for upholding the law, Gloria. 

The Porn Star Wants an Apology - Allred, James, and Tiger

Gloria Allred is at it again. After Tiger Woods made his first public comments after his indiscretions became public, one of his many mistresses held a press conference of her own. Joslyn James, the porn star, with the tears flowing, crumbled into the arms of her attorney, publicity whore, Gloria Allred. Again, this woman is a porn star. Joslyn has spent her adult life having sex with men on camera for money. She then involves herself with a married man who has two very young children. This is a man who is famous, so she knew full well that he was a husband and a new father. Yet, she expects not only an apology, but a in person apology.  Like Tiger doesn't have enough problems, he should be trying to calm down his porn star mistress.

 Gloria Allred then appeared on Fox News to say that; wait for it – "Porn stars are women too". Ok, yes they are women too. They are women who use their bodies to make money in the most intimate of ways. I have never watched porn. So, I can’t say with any sort of honesty what exactly you see and don’t see. But, it seems to me that sex is a pretty intimate thing that really isn’t meant to be shared with strangers. I understand that porn is a huge industry that makes billions of dollars every year. But, just because it makes money doesn’t make it right.


So this porn star, who can rightfully be called a slut, wants an apology. Where is the apology to Elin Woods? This relationship was taking place while Tiger’s wife was carrying his children. One comment that she made I can agree with, you can’t help who you fall in love with; but you certainly can help who you sleep with. I also don’t understand why she needs an attorney. Oh yeah, the almighty buck. Allred is exhibit A of what is wrong with our justice system. What happened to the days that when a person’s shameful behavior becomes public goes into hiding?


Ms. Allred, let me clear up a few things for you. When you knowingly get involved with a married man, he is lying. That is what they do, lie. They are lying to you, they are lying to their wife, and more than likely they are lying to themselves. They also are betraying the trust of their children. They cannot possibly be trusted. If you get involved with a married person, you deserve what you get. Tell your client to take responsibility for her own actions and get over it.

Publicity Whore Allred Weighs in Tebow Superbowl Commercial

Gloria Allred, the publicity whore, is at it again. This time she has decided to weigh in on the Tebow’s commercial that is due to air during the superbowl. She has decided that if the ad doesn’t meet with her approval she is going to file a lawsuit on the grounds of false advertising. Her argument is that if the Tebow’s don’t explain that abortion is illegal in the Philippines. One of the many problems with Ms. Allred’s view is that the Philippines does have an exemption when the life of the mother is at risk.



This is a woman that can’t resist getting herself involved in things that will put her on the air. Every time you turn around the woman is on television yapping about something or another. She has had a long career taking cases of the disadvantaged, but she has also had a long career using the legal system to promote her own particular view of the world. She has sued the Boy Scouts for gender discrimination for not letting in girls, which she actually referred to it as gender apartheid. What the little girl couldn’t go into the girl scouts? What a waste of tax payer money and resources.


She has been involved with the Octomom, the Scott Peterson case, the nipple ring controversy with the TSA (The woman didn’t realize that her rings may set off the metal detectors?), Rob Lowe’s nanny on sexual harassment, Britney Spears’ bodyguard, gay marriage, Michael Jackson’s kids, and most recently one of Tiger’s mistresses. Wherever there is a chance to get herself in the papers and on TV; there she is.


What is most telling is that she is saying that no woman should live in a country where abortion is illegal. Umm, Ms. Allred abortion is not illegal in this country; and Tebow’s commercial certainly isn’t going to make it so. This is simply a way for her to get her views out there. My question is who cares what your views are? Ms. Allred you are almost 70 years old, maybe it is time that you take the millions that you have made over the years and ride out to the sunset and leave the rest of us alone. If someone wants to hire you, then fine. But please, stop wasting tax payer resources to hoist your views on the rest of us. We don’t care what you think.
