I don't get it... :-/
The man is saying that the intel that they had for the bin Laden raid was very weak. They had no way to know if the man in that compound was really UBL. He compared that intel with the what they had saying that their were WMD in Iraq. The intel leading them to believe that was indeed WMD in Iraq was stronger. Another words, Bush didn't lie. They were just mistaken.
