Democracy in Action - Iraqi Style

Iraqis risked their lives today to go out and vote regardless of the violence.  Bravo to them. 

It would be nice to see Americans to involve themselves in the system like this.  Another really nice stat is that young people went out in droves.  The young in this country tend to be apathetic went it comes to voting.  International poll observers say they are happy with how the voting went today. 

Sadly, 36 were killed even with the additional security.
