These people are truly pigs.
I get that the left "cares" about abortion. But the problem is that the real reason that they care about it is the fact that they just want to do whatever, whenever, with whomever. The standards are just not so high. It isn't about the tough choice a woman who gets raped must make. It is about not having to be responsible for your actions. The same way that gay marriage isn't about equality. The recent lawsuits trying to force conservative churches to perform the ceremonies prove that. It is about forcing people with more traditional, right leaning social values in living in the same depravity that they do. It isn't that we don't accept them, it is that they don't, won't, or can't accept us.

The Politics of a Tragedy - Tea Party Must Be Guilty
Gabrielle Giffords, a congresswoman from Arizona, was shot today while having a townhall of sorts at a local Safeway. Luckily it seems that the congresswoman will survive the shooting even though she was shot through the head. According to reports she was even talking before being sedated to reduce the pressure on her brain. Sadly, many others were not so fortunate and at least five have died, including a federal judge and a nine year old child. My deepest sympathies to the families of all the victims for this senseless loss of life.
Before anything was known about the shooter many automatically decided that somehow the Tea Party is to blame for this tragedy. Both Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck's name came up on some comments I saw when I was looking up to see if the congresswoman was still alive. The reports about this shooting have been fuzzy at best and conflicting reports about if Ms. Giffords survived were all over the internet and television news.
Jane Fonda and Paul Krugman couldn't even bothered to wait until more information was known before they decided to weigh in and blame the right for this horrifying act of violence. Krugman came out with his statement before the name of the shooter was known and what the press was reporting was that he was a war vet. There is enough information about the shooter now for Krugman to realize that this is a matter of a very delusional young man who didn't seem to have grip on reality. In one you tube video he is burning the American flag, in other he has a diatribe about the constitution and mind control.
His favorite books according to his you tube page are as follows:
Politicizing the murder of five people and the injury of at least 10 others before the facts are known is irresponsible as well as being intellectually lazy. This young man seems to have many problems and may very well be delusional. There are reports that he had met the congresswoman before. But this seems to be a statement from a woman who says she knew him in high school. So, we have to wait and see if that actually pans out.
While it is understandable for some of the reporting to be incorrect during the fog of the incident, this is not about the fog. This is about wanting to blame your political enemies for a horrid act simply because you are trying to prove that your belief system is superior. But, all these two have proven is that they are lazy and wrong. This woman wasn't gunned down by some crazed right winger because Glenn Beck told him to, or by some graphic that Sarah Palin released about a year ago. This was a sad and sick man who had no real core or any sense of compassion to fellow human beings. Comment on that Paul and Jane, maybe then you can get back some of your creditability.

But so far Krugman has yet to make a retraction of his statement. After all, why let facts get in the way of the narrative that he has been creating since the beginning of the tea party movement.

The Amazing Turnaround - The Left Looking to President Bush
With President Obama's
"It's time for W. to weigh in," writes the New York Times' Maureen Dowd. Bush, Dowd explains, understands that "you can't have an effective war against the terrorists if it is a war on Islam." "W. needs to get his bullhorn back out"
Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson is also looking for an assist from Bush. "I…would love to hear from former President Bush on this issue," Robinson wrote Tuesday in a Post chat session. "He held Ramadan iftar dinners in the White House as part of a much broader effort to show that our fight against the al-Qaeda murderers who attacked us on 9/11 was not a crusade against Islam. He was absolutely right on this point, and it would be helpful to hear his views."
Words I never thought I'd write: I pine for George W. Bush," Beinart wrote Tuesday in The Daily Beast. "Whatever his flaws, the man respected religion, all religion." Beinart longs for the days when Bush "used to say that the 'war on terror' was a struggle on behalf of Muslims, decent folks who wanted nothing more than to live free like you and me…"
President Bush made it very clear throughout his presidency that not all Muslims are terrorists. He bent over backwards to make that clear and to reach out to the more moderate Muslim world. In return he was given a slap in the face, so it is refreshing to see that lunatic left is finally seeing what he was trying to do.
I have said many times, there is much about President Bush to complain about. He was in office for eight years, of course he was going to make mistakes in that time. There is no way that he couldn't make mistakes. President Bush was a man of character. Disagree with his principles, but stop saying that he didn't stand by them; even when it was hard.
Let's put it this way; President Bush is smart enough to keep his mouth shut on this issue, President Obama; not so much. I truly believe that history will be much kinder to President Bush than the lunatic left who framed him as a murderer and war criminal.

Reason #15,879 Why Conservatives Homeschool More Liberal Lunancy in our Schools
This happened in a middle school in New Haven, CT. Now, I went to college in New Haven; it is a poor community that has major problems with drugs and gangs. So, I am all for a teacher trying to give kids a sense of themselves and to teach them that they can grow beyond their environment and achieve success and change the circumstances of the life they were born into. This goes waaaaaaaaaaaay beyond that, and it is not acceptable.

Justice Thomas Just Not Black Enough - Eleanor Holmes Norton; Part of the Lunatic Left
Eleanor Holmes Norton just can't help herself. Everything is seen through the prism of color to her.
“We’re not sure this president is ever going to nominate another African- American to the court,” Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.) said. “He’s African-American. We’ve got someone who proposes to be African-American on the court,”
She of course is referring to Justice Thomas; who was born into abject poverty in the south during segregation, and is now a Supreme Court justice. His parents more or less left the scene when he was very young, and was raised by his grandparents. His grandfather taught him to work hard and pressed him to get an education. He was hardly handed anything, he worked for what he achieved.
This is just yet another example of the lunatic left making everything about race. You are a traitor if you happen to be black and don't want the government to take care of everything for you. If you dare to work hard and let that be its own reward. You have something wrong with you if you see color when choosing a spouse.
While I was looking for the exact quote I came upon this blog. Now the blog that I came upon was not at all sticking up for Norton's comments, but his readers didn't seem to agree with how wrong and racist her comments are. This is one of the biggest problems with the left. They want everyone to give somebody something because they are incapable of taking care of themselves. They can't possibly overcome hurdles on their own. Everybody is owed something. When a person of color and stands up and to say give me only what I earned by hard work they somehow sell out their race. It is sad, truly sad. The victimhood continues.
He’s married to a white woman that represents the Tea Party Movement. Need I say more?
I, however, love Eleanor Holmes Norton and I think she gave Justice Thomas all the respect he deserves. I find the supposed insult … tasteful and not at all shocking … and true.
Thomas has a a long history of trading on race when it souits him and then basically closing the door to other African-Americans behind him (e.g., his stint in the Reagan Administration). There’s nothing wrong with what Norton said. It would seem a little patronizing if a white liberal said it, but Norton isn’t a white liberal. And unlike Thomas, she was part of the civil rights movement and a protege of Bayard Rustin. Thomas played the role of militant when he was in college and changed his tune afterward. his commitment to African-Americans other than himself is neglibible and its not like Norton pointed out other non-Black aspects of his like such as his Caucasian wingnut wife.

The Lunatic Left and the Tax Payer Funded Shrine to Uncle Teddy
It seems that members of Congress honestly have no understanding of what broke means. We are on the road to spending $70 million on a institute on the senate named after the late Ted Kennedy. Uncle Teddy, the "liberal lion" of the senate.
Uncle Teddy. The man of virtue that he was. Let's see, he was a drunk for the majority of his adult life. He was a womanizer. He is infamously known for the "waitress sandwich" that he performed with his sidekick Christopher Dodd. Most notably known for causing the death of Mary Jo Kopechne. An act that should have put him in jail for manslaughter. Had he not been a Kennedy, he probably would have been.
While I will admit that he did spend his life in public service, the reasoning behind his service should really be questioned. Did he do it out of real belief, or was it ego and ambition?
One of the funniest lines to come out of this whole thing came from fellow partner in liberal crime John Kerry:
Kerry also defended the project’s growing cost, saying it could draw tourists to Boston.
As maddening as it this may seem, it actually gets worse. The additional money set aside by the Senate will come from taking money away from our troops. The money that has been set aside to purchase ammunition and guns for the people who are presently in a war zone.
This is money that we do not have to spend. If the liberals of the country want to build a shrine to a man that worshipped for being the "face of liberalism", then fund it yourselves. The recent data shows that most of the millionaires in this country are now democrats. Let them pay for it.
And democrats wonder why there are tea parties.

Alan Grayson - A Class Act Through and Through Interrupting Dinner and Republican Meetings
Congressman Grayson barged into a meeting that local republicans were having at a family restaurant. He is under the impression that the republicans put a spy into an Organizing for America meeting. How proud his district must be.
For some reason some of this video is sideways.

Funniest Picture of the Day
Did you notice the $15 price tag?
This is one photo from a photo essay; a tale of two protests. One being the Tea Party in Searchlight, Nevada and the other an anti-war protest in Los Angeles. Both protests were on the same day, but had very different messages. Of course this will not hit the pages of The New York Times; as it would dispel the narrative that they have created of the "violent" tea partiers. Check out the whole photo gallery here.

Keith Olbermann, The Lunatic Left, & The CIA
Keith Olbermann has really hit an all-time low. He has said that the CIA purposely did not follow up on the undies bomber to make President Obama look bad. So, this lunatic believes that the professionals who risk thier lives to protect the American public would allow 300 innocent people to die, give al-Qaeda huge visibility and the jihadists additional recruiting tools just to make Obama look bad. There is no way that they would have known that the bomb detonator would fail. Or, does this guy think that they made sure that the bomb wouldn't go off before helping him onto the plane?
He is either saying that they were willing to let 300 people die or that they helped him while making sure the bomb wouldn't go off. Those would be the only two logical choices.
This man is a lunatic. There is no other way to describe this type of thought process. Let's just say for the sake of arguement that the CIA did want to make President Obama look bad, there is no other way to do this? Does he really think that they don't speak to the press as an anoymous source? They could easily leak something that would be embarassing to the administration. I am sure that Leon Penatta has given them plenty of ammo, since he has no experience whatsoever in the intelligence field.
The people who work at the CIA do the jobs that they do for a lower salary then they would make in the private sector, live a life that is full of secrecy, and gets little to no glory. We should be heralding the people who are willing to do this for a living, not accusing of them of attempted murder.
What is wrong with this man?

CNN's Blog Comments on Tea Party Coverage
thousands demanstrated in washington.cnn where is the pan out pictures thousands thats a pretty large crowd.lets see these thousands of TEA BAGGERS.COME ON GET YOUR REPORTERS ON THE GROUND.I THINK THOUSANDS IS EXAGRATED. SHOW US You want to see mine?
WWJD?
If these "christians" are "living examples" of Christ, He would let those living in poverty and without health insurance, die.
This is the reason we can't get anything done: ignorant, angry, paranoid bigots who are afraid of change. Were you saying this when dems didn't go along with President Bush?
Don't listen to them. Keep the fire-hose on stand-by if they get to rowdy, and don't cover it. Adults throwing temper tantrums aren't news.
You notice that every day its the same rightwing heckler using many names on here.Shes an escaped mental patient thats sits home all day thinking of things to say and do against her government.
Bachmann is as much an idiot as Palin and anyone who believes them couldn't be too bright.either. I hope these are just typo's, because otherwise you shouldn't be saying anything about someone being bright.
Hey Republicans it's turn abouts fair play, when you held the majority in the House and Congress the Democrat didn't have a prayer either of getting their way.........so BITE IT!! The last poll I saw was that 58 percent of Americans supported this Health Bill and today AARP and the American Medical Asso. are behind it........so to bad.......all you Republicans are looking out for just yourself and not the needs of the rest of the people in this country who need Health Care.......and all we can see is that you are continueing to put up Road Blocks for this administration.......the Party of NO at it again !!!!!! Ok, 1. Republicans can't stop this bill. Blue dog democrats are what is keeping it from passing. 2. The AMA only represents about 10% of all doctors. 3. The AARP is going to make a small fortune by selling the policies that will take the place of Medicare Advantage that is going to be gutted by this bill.
Are all these protesters independently wealthy: or stay at home moms/dads: or did they take the day off work to protest: or are they currently unemployed and taking advantage of the extended unemployment benefits and at the same time protest government spending???????????? Yes, we took the day off from work.
These Teabaggers are getting quite pathetic. It appears no election is good enough except when they win. Why not try yo become that "loyal opposition" the Democrats were for the previous 8 years. What world is this person living in?
A MAJORITY of Americans are in favor of a Public Option. Not from the polls I have seen
The AMA has signed on to the bill as written.
AARP is on board.
Who's left out? Big Insurance, Big Pharma and their supplicants. No, sorry; big pharma is on board. The president gave them all kinds of goodies.
When you get 2 million people, let us know, we'll listen. But until then, STFU, you were beat and you are worthless dirt bags (obviously with no jobs too). If 10 million showed up outside your house, you still wouldn't believe it.
I support health care reform. The health care bill cost needs to be reduced to $900 billion or below, but otherwise, I support it. As far as people being arrested, whatever happened to the law and order conservatives? The law shouldn't apply to them? They should be glad there weren't dogs and fire hoses. People were arrested for trying to speak to someone in Nancy Pelosi's office. She called the police on Americans instead of sending an aide out to talk to people.
um, I am sorry, but michelle "NUTJOB" bauchman is CRAZY! Shes dangerous and scary. She is like beck and limpballs trying to start violence in this country! SHAME on her, and honestly, she should be put in a cage! Oh and video guy, the country DOES respect Pelosi, and get used to her, she is NOT going anywher! Ok, first you need to spell her name correctly. Bachman is a true conservative who speaks her mind, not a nut. Pelosi's approval rate is lower than 30%

The Lunatic Left and Glen Beck
All one must do is see the address of my blog to see what a fan of Glen Beck that I am. Glen calls it like he sees it. He doesn't pull any punches and people are listening. Sometimes he is a little kooky and sounds a little paranoid, but he is usually right on the money.
This is sick and disgusting. I have never heard Rush or Beck say that they hope someone kills themselves.
Proving that liberal talk radio still has new frontiers of bad taste to explore, syndicated host Mike Malloy has openly called for FOX News Channel host Glenn Beck to commit suicide, something he hopes will occur live and on the air.Heard during yesterday's Malloy program, it's the second time in a week that the former WLS/ Chicago talker has called for the death of one of his political opponents. Earlier, he said he hoped Rush Limbaugh would "choke to death".
Here's a transcript and clip of his sickening call for Beck's demise:
All I can say is keep it up Glen, you must be speaking some truth or they wouldn't care about you.
