I was having a conversation with a young black woman who is an Obama supporter.

Her:  Are you racist?

Me: Did you like President Bush?

Her: Hell No.

Me: Are you racist against white men?  The question is just as ridiculous as the one you just asked.  I also don't like Hillary Clinton, does that mean I hate white women?  Believe it or not, there are other reasons besides skin color to not agree with the president's policies.

The other people around us just busted out laughing.

Quote of the Day - Conservative Girl Edition

I have been very busy of late.  Over the weekend I was painting, or to be honest I was watching more than helping.  But I did some of the work.  While I was doing this I decided I wanted a beer, an unusual event for me.  I walked to the store to buy myself a Corona.  I had put on one of many Romney T-shirts to do the painting in.  I didn't change my clothes before I walked to the package store.

As I am walking and minding my own business, some guy comes up to me and says "This is Obama/Biden Country".

I couldn't resist.  My retort:

"Oh, well that explains why I have been unable to find a job for the past seven months."

Maybe he will stop harassing complete strangers.

Last night during dinner I was talking to a young woman who will have her hours cut to 29 hours per week.  Another person who was having dinner with us couldn't understand the rationale for her loss of hours.  My response:

Welcome to Obamacare, but hey her birth control is free.
