Since DC celebrated Emancipation Day on Friday, tax day was moved to today.
"Spreading the Wealth" is really only a good idea if you are not giving up anything.

one more argument to this. the kids with higher grades will get higher paying jobs too while those who fail will earn lower paying jobs. thus grade redistribution will be wealth redistribution.
