When you consider that the term "developing nation" applies to roughly 80% of the land mass, and that they won't be "developed" within the next 100 years, the cap/trade process is unworkable in a macro sense to bring about meaningful change. <br /><br />Having said that, America needs to wean itself from foreign oil and that process will green us far more than the cap/trade nonsense.LLhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05538854359365988863noreply@blogger.com
